HOW TO COACH THIS NUTRITION HABIT CHALLENGE

  1. Have clients take pictures of everything they eat or drink for 1-2 weeks in their NuvitaCorsync app
  2. Instruct them to not concern themselves about anything else other than taking the pictures. The goal is to build the behavior of taking food pictures and ranking them. 
  3. Go to Nuvita coaching dashboard at least once each week and provide feedback on any of the following: 
  • Are they tracking or not?
  • Are the including what they drink?
  • Are they using reminders if they are not being as consistent as you want them to be

HOW TO COACH THIS NUTRITION HABIT CHALLENGE

  1. Have clients track all breakfasts for 1-2 weeks in their NuvitaCorsync app
  2. Click on the button below to access the breakfast challenge website and forward the link to all participants
  3. Encourage them to strive for 70% or more of their breakfasts ranked with a green thumb each week. 
  4. Go to Nuvita coaching dashboard at least once each week and provide feedback on any of the following: 
  • Frequency (are they tracking or not?)
  • Quality (give kudos on things they are doing well)
  • How to make breakfast just a little bit better (use the motto, ADD this (i.e., a healthy source of protein)

  1. Have clients track all snacks for 1-2 weeks in their NuvitaCorsync app
  2. Click on the button below to access the snack challenge website and forward the link to all participants
  3. Encourage them to strive for 70% or more of their snacks ranked with a green thumb each week
  4. Go to Nuvita coaching dashboard at least once each week and provide feedback on any of the following: 
  • Frequency: Are they tracking or not? 
  • Quality (give kudos on things they are doing well)
  • How to make breakfast just a little bit better (use the motto, ADD this (i.e. fiber packed fruit)
